Hwang Jung-eum Recalled Reuniting With Her Husband Despite Being On The Verge Of Divorce

Actress Hwang Jung-eum revealed the story of her overcoming the divorce crisis and reuniting with her husband.

On the latest episode of SBS’s “My Little Old Boy,” which aired on October 22nd, Hwang Jung-eum appeared as a special MC.

Hwang Jung-eum, who married her husband after 10 months of dating and has already been married for eight years, revealed the reason she decided to get married quickly, “At that time, everything of him from head to toe looked completely cool.”

However, Hwang Jung-eum continued, “Now, unlike when in a girlfriend-boyfriend relationship, my husband doesn’t even look handsome anymore, and there’s never a moment when my heart fluttered.“

Regarding Hwang Jung-eum’s divorce news in 2020, the actress said, “I told my parents a day before the divorce news was published. In the family group chat, I told them not to be surprised of the divorce articles and what was so shocking was that my father said, “I was more worried about son-in-law Lee. He was worried about my husband, not me.“

Fortunately, Hwang Jung-eum overcame the crisis and chose to reunite with her husband instead of divorce. The actress shared, “But I think the two of us could be back together because my husband was careful about to do the things I hated in the past and I still had feelings for him.”
