Hwang Jung-eum Confirmed To Attend Upcoming Drama Press Conference Amid Divorce Controversy
Actress Hwang Jung-eum will attend the press conference for the new drama “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection”
On the morning of March 12th, “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” production team said to Xports News, “Hwang Jung-eum will attend the press conference on March 27th”.
The actress’s agency Y-ONE Entertainment also confirmed with Xports News, saying “It is true that Hwang Jung-eum will attend the press conference”.
SBS’s new Fri-Sat drama “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” will air its first episode on March 29th. It depicts the fierce and powerful collaboration between seven individuals who have reset their revenge plan after being reborn. In this new season, Hwang Jung-eum will continue playing Geum Ra-hee, a character who represents human desire and does everything to achieve what she wants without hesitation.
Meanwhile, Hwang Jung-eum made headlines when she posted photos on SNS suggesting that her husband had an affair on February 21st. The next day, the media reported that the actress was filing for divorce from her husband after three years of marriage.
Despite the unsolved private life issues, Hwang Jung-eum is still actively filming and promoting “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection”.
