“Hospital Playlist” revealed unreleased footages, a secret was hidden at the OB-GYN department
With the production of tvN’s “Hospital Playlist” Blu-ray edition confirmed, the drama production team released a large number of unreleased scenes.
tvN’s “Hospital Playlist,” which first aired in March 2020, received an explosive response from viewers right after the first episode went on air. The 20-year-old friendship of the five main characters, the bouncy charms of each character, and the love lines full of excitement were enough to arouse the attention from viewers. Thanks to their support, Season 2 of “Hospital Playlist” went on air last year, which was also greatly loved by the public.
Thanks to the great support of fans, the production team of “Hospital Playlist” recently confirmed the production of a Blu-ray edition about 10 months after the drama ended. Following this, a promotional video for the Blu-ray edition was finally posted on the YouTube channel “15 Nights.”
The video, which was released on Dec 8th, contains a lot of unreleased scenes that were not shown on the TV broadcast edition, making fans excited. Among them, there was a scene that made many people burst into laughter.
Ahn Eun Jin, who plays Chu Min Ha, an obstetrics and gynecology doctor at Yulje Hospital in the drama, was looking at an patient’s stomach with the ultrasound when she said, “I think you should see the professor.”
Ahn Eun Jin did her best to act because it was a very serious scene where she had to tell the mother that the child in her stomach was in a dangerous state. However, eventually, she couldn’t hold back her laughter and made an NG. Producer Shin Won Ho jokingly said to Ahn, “Are you in a situation to laugh?” after shouting a cut signal.
The reason why Ahn Eun Jin had such a hard time acting was that the one lying down with their stomach exposed was not an actual pregnant woman, but assistant director Kim Soo Min. Assistant director Kim Soo Min was lying down and working hard as a pregnant woman after being promised 100,000 won because it was difficult for the crew to recruit a pregnant woman.
After finishing the scene safely, Ahn Eun Jin praised director Kim with a smile, saying, “You acted so well.” Director Shin Won Ho said, “Soo Min. I already deposited 100,000 won through your Kakao,” and soon after, the filming site became a sea of laughter.

Meanwhile, the Blu-ray version of “Hospital Playlist” will include making videos, behind-the-scenes of band scenes, interviews, and commentaries along with the director’s edition of the drama. The official release date is not yet known.
