Actors Hong Kyung and Go Min Si have been confirmed as MCs for the closing ceremony of the 28th Busan International Film Festival, marking the end of the Busan International Film Festival’s long journey

The 28th Busan International Film Festival, which will be held at the Busan Cinema Center for 10 days from October 4th to October 13th, selected actors Hong Kyung and Go Min Si as MCs for the closing ceremony.

The two, who are considered Chungmuro’s blue chips, will host the closing ceremony and announce the closing of the 28th Busan International Film Festival, which will be held at the Busan Cinema Center Outdoor Theater at 5 PM on October 13th.

Actor Hong Kyung emerged as a trending actor through the movie “Innocence” (2019), the dramas “D.P.” (2021), “Weak Hero Class 1” (2022) and “Revenant” (2023). Actor Hong Kyung, who impressed domestic and foreign viewers by portraying three-dimensional characters with delicate acting, is active in various fields, including participating in the voice acting of the animation “Lost in Starlight” (2023).

Last year, he visited the Busan International Film Festival with “Weak Hero Class 1” (2022). This year, he will attend the Busan International Film Festival for the second consecutive year as the host for the closing ceremony, raising expectations by heralding a meeting with the audience.
