In July 2014, Won Bin bought a 2-storey detached house in Samseongdong that is worth 2.35 billion won. This was considered a relatively good deal at the time. After obtaining a construction permit, the actor tore down the old building and built a new house with a basement and 3 floors above ground. This house was not completed until the end of 2018, and Won Bin and Lee Na Young officially moved in in early 2019.
