21 years ago, Son Ye Jin landed her first K-drama female lead role in ‘Delicious Proposal‘. She played the love interest of rising actor Jung Joon. Delicious Proposal starred many popular actors. In addition to the two leads, So Ji Sub, Kwon Sang Woo, Ji Sung, Hong Soo Hyun also appeared. Over two decades after the drama’s release, the cast has all achieved success in their careers and become top names in the industry, except for the male lead Jung Joon.

After ‘Delicious Proposal’, Jung Joon took part in quite a few more dramas and movies but did not generate much buzz.
