Gymnast Son Yeon-jae Donates 100M Won To Severance Hospital After Giving Birth To Her Son
Son Yeon-jae, a former member of the South Korean rhythmic gymnastics team, recently gave birth to a son
On February 20th, Youphoria announced, “Son Yeon-jae recently gave birth to a healthy son”, adding “In addition, she also donated 100 million won to the OB-GYN Department of the Severance Hospital”.
Son Yeon-jae previously donated 50 million won of her wedding congratulation money to the Severance Children’s Hospital and the Seoul National University Children’s Hospital. Sharing love for children, Son Yeon-jae confessed, “Through my childbirth experience, I realized that I needed so much support from the OB-GYN doctors so I decided to make this donation”.
Yonsei University Medical Center, which manages the Severance Hospital, stated, “Her donation will be carefully used for high-risk maternal and fetal integrated therapy centers”.
