As fans reacted to alleged leaked private messages of GOT7 Jay B and a woman, the girl in question has spoken up.
Earlier in the week, several photos, allegedly showing GOT7 Jay B slid into the DM of a girl, were spread, drawing attention. In particular, the woman in question seems to have published the messages on her Instagram stories, along with commentaries.
In one alleged screenshot, Jay B responded to the woman’s story of cookies, saying, “I want some”, to which the woman replied, “Ah…They are 10,000 each hehe”. She also added the comment, “Have no idea how to respond to a celebrity, so I ended up saying that…”
Another screenshot, captioned with, “For some reason, we are chatting”, shows a conversation as below:
- Woman: What do you mean?
- Jay B: You are only seeing my reply to your story now?
- Woman: Ah, is this the first time you replied to my story? I checked it late
- Jay B: Even though it’s late, it’s fortunate that you checked it. What are you doing today?
- Woman: I don’t really have anything to do today so I guess I’m gonna stay home
- Jay B: It seems that you often visit clubs, am I right?
- Woman: Do I look like the type of person that visits clubs?
- Jay B: I saw that in your story!
- Woman: So you have been watching my stories. I have been visiting clubs, yes
In another conversation, the girl and Jay B also discussed “Dream High 2” being her favorite drama, as well as her being in 7th grade when it was first released. It was also mentioned that Jay B stumbled across the girl’s Instagram and checked out her story.
He also allegedly claimed to be not busy, asking if the girl was busy.
As these exchanges made their way across the net, however, Jay B received backlash from netizens, who suspect that this was not the only instance.
In addition, fans of Jay B seem to have contacted the woman who posted Jay B’s alleged message, and she herself has spoken up.
Particularly, the woman in question asked fans to refrain from blowing up the situation, before clarifying Jay B contacted her first and that she set the screenshots to viewable by close friends only. However, someone took the photos and spread them.
“I didn’t manipulate the DMs or spread it for attention. There’s nothing between him and me. We are no longer in touch”, the woman also added.
