Gong Yoo, Suzy and more react to Choi Woo-sik’s paintings: “This doesn’t make sense… He said I was pretty, but he drew me so strangely”
Gong Yoo and Suzy’s reactions to Choi Woo-sik’s paintings were revealed.
On the afternoon of Feb 7th, the agency Management Soop posted a video titled “Soop Artists react to profile pictures” on their official YouTube channel.
Previously, Choi Woo-sik drew attention by drawing profile pictures of Management Soop’s artists including Kim Jae-wook, Park Yeon-woo, Jung Yu-mi, Gong Yoo, Seo Hyun-jin, Nam Joo-hyuk and Suzy.
In this regard, Kim Jae-wook burst into laughter and said, “I can tell that he tried his best. But how should I put this? The fact that Woo-sik took playing an illustrator is similar to how I am a math teacher. You don’t have to have that ability. I would score it 2 points out of 10. I feel that he put a lot of care into it, but I have to give an objective evaluation.”
Park Yeon-woo commented, “I liked what he did with the trapezius muscle and everything. If I could print this, I’d do that and hang it on my wall at home. I love drawings like this. I’ll give it 12 points.” He then changed his Instagram profile picture to it.
Jung Yu-mi screamed as soon as she saw the painting. She shared, “That doesn’t look like me at all. He isn’t Go-oh, is he? I thought Woo-sik was good at drawing…” However, she gave it 9.8 points and expressed her affection towards SBS’s drama “Our Beloved Summer“.
In the meantime, Gong Yoo said “angrily”, “You’d better be sorry. He drew a frog. He didn’t put any care into it. This doesn’t make sense. I don’t know if you saw my official Instagram account, but I uploaded a picture of myself watching Woo-sik’s drama. But all I get is a dinosaur. It’s not even funny.”
The actor made everyone laugh by emphasizing, “I know I look like a dinosaur, but how does that picture look like this picture? This can’t be scored. It’s neither reptile nor amphibian. What is he trying to do right now? Choi Woo-sik? I’m not a dinosaur any more. I’m a llama. For about 3 months, I’ll feel upset towards him. I won’t be watching the show anymore either. Maybe if I feel better later, I’ll watch the other episodes or not. Choi Woo-sik, you won’t get away with this.”
Seo Hyun-jin gave the painting 3 points. She explained, “What stands out in this picture to me is the philtrum. He made sure to draw it. I realized my philtrum must’ve made a big impression on him. I hope he doesn’t look only at my philtrum when we meet next time. I think it’s better than Gong Yoo’s. I’m still a human.”
Nam Joo-hyuk gave it 120 points. He confessed, “I think it’s not funny. But he drew it so nicely. Thank you so much. Among many people, mine was pretty normal, so I’m really glad.”
Suzy gave it 4 points, saying, “He said I was pretty, but he drew me so strangely. After he drew it, he said he was sorry, which means he thinks he did a bad job. But I’m happy with it. I think he did try to make certain features stand out a bit. I’m still a human.”
