Actress Go Min-si revealed the diet plan that helped her lose weight down to 43kg

Recently, an unreleased video titled “43kg Go Min-si Diet Plan” was shared on the YouTube channel “117”.

In the video, Go Min-si discussed how she lost weight down to 43kg for her role as Yoo Seong-ah in Netflix’s series “The Frog”. She said, “While filming the drama, I think I lived on one iced latte, one pack of seasoned laver and two boiled eggs per day.”

When DEX asked “Can you function on that?“, she responded, “Actually, my concentration improves. When I eat, I get sleepy, but when I eat less, I stay more alert and focused.

DEX added, “I recently participated in a motorcycle race, and the director told me not to eat for the whole day. The reason being that when a person feels hungry, all their senses become sharper. Don’t you feel more alert when you’re hungry?

Go Min-si agreed and confessed, Yes, when you eat, you feel sleepy. I don’t like that feeling. I hate the sensation of my body not keeping up or feeling like my stamina is lacking.”
