Go Hyun-jung confessed that she is a gentle person despite her strong image
On June 20th, Go Hyun-jung’s interview video was posted on Elle Korea’s YouTube channel.
Regarding how people perceive her, Go Hyun-jung chose the “muscular arm” emoji, and for how she sees herself, she picked a “slightly sad face” emoji. She said, “You see me mostly working or through articles, so you might think of me as strong and spirited. But I also face many unfair situations and empathize with worldly matters. I have that side too. When I work, I try to do things perfectly, and people see that in both positive and negative lights. It’s upsetting because I can’t just brush off such comments professionally. I feel hurt sometimes too.“
Go Hyun-jung, who previously confessed on Jung Jae-hyung’s “Fairy Table” that she is kinder than people think, shared “If I say this myself, it might become a topic again. I’ve been accused of being bossy a lot. If I had actually done it to my heart’s content then heard such comments, I wouldn’t feel so wronged. I don’t usually talk about such things in private. I’ve suppressed it for a long time, but I talked about it because I’m close with Jae-hyung. I’m not harmful. I’m gentle“, choosing a “sticking-tongue-out face” emoji and an ice cream emoji.
