G)I-DLE’s Soyeon Donates 100 Million Won for Flood Victims: ‘Hoping for Small Comfort’

Soyeon of (G)I-DLE donated 100 million won to help neighbors affected by heavy rains

On the 18th, the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced, “(G)I-DLE’s Soyeon has generously donated 100 million won to help restore the daily lives of neighbors affected by the heavy rains.” They also shared the news of Soyeon’s induction into the Honors Club.

Soyeon stated, “I decided to participate in this donation with the hope of providing some comfort to those affected by the heavy rains.”

Meanwhile, Soyeon has consistently engaged in good deeds, including donating 20 million won last year to help neighbors affected by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. With this recent donation, she has been inducted into the ‘Hope Bridge Honors Club,’ the individual high-donation club of Hope Bridge.

Soyeon plans to continue her interest in helping neighbors quickly recover from disaster damages.

Hope Bridge President Song Pil-ho said, “We express our deep gratitude to Soyeon for joining in sharing to help neighbors affected by the heavy rains. Hope Bridge will do its best to ensure that Soyeon’s warm-heartedness is fully conveyed to those affected.”
