On the October 6th broadcast of SBS’s “My Little Old Boy”, Kim Jung-hyun appeared as a special MC, candidly sharing stories about his recent life and communicating with fans.
Kim Jung-hyun started by discussing his role in KBS2’s weekend drama “Iron Family”. He then thanked MC Shin Dong-yup for a warm piece of advice he had given him in the past. Kim Jung-hyun recalled, “There was a junior from high school who dreamed of becoming a comedian, and when I asked senior Shin Dong-yup how one could become a comedian, he said, ‘Work hard, I’ll cheer you on.’”
He added humorously “At that time, senior’s eyes seemed a bit unfocused“, drawing laughter from the audience. He expressed gratitude by saying, “But thanks to those words, my junior gained great courage.”
Kim Jung-hyun also revealed that he is still living with his parents. Currently residing with his older brother and younger sister as well, Kim Jung-hyun admitted “I have no time or space for dating” and added, “I don’t bring anyone home.” He humorously noted, “Even though I live with my family, others seem to date just fine.”
MC Shin Dong-yup jokingly asked, “If you did bring someone home, would you tell your brother or sister to leave?” Kim Jung-hyun replied “I don’t think that would ever happen“, drawing laughter.
