G-Dragon and BLACKPINK’s Jennie both had secret US schedules, did they take the same flight back to Korea?

G-Dragon made waves on January 5th, appearing at the airport headed to the U.S. for a tech event. His appearance grabbed massive attention, especially with the promise of global activities after overcoming drug use controversies.

He teased his laid-back LA plans on Instagram, involving event appearances, hanging out with friends, and dropping subtle hints about new music.

Interestingly, during G-Dragon’s LA stay, Jennie had her own private schedules. On January 10th, she posted an Instagram story of her being at LA Chalice Recording, sparking rumors about working on her solo album set to hit us this year. Notably, G-Dragon also swung by a studio in LA.

On January 15th, Jennie was caught hitting up a club with friends, while G-Dragon opted for a private dinner in Beverly Hills.

Are G-Dragon and Jennie sharing a flight back to Korea?

Later, Jennie landed at Incheon Airport (Korea) from LA. Her simple yet stunning look created a frenzy. Jennie made it back just in time for her 28th birthday on January 16th.

Meanwhile, G-Dragon had his own flight back to Korea lining up with Jennie’s schedule. On his Instagram, he posted a pic on the plane with the caption “We’re Going Back.” Whether they were on the same flight is uncertain, but the parallels in their LA schedules have stirred up some talk.

Fans are buzzing about these two former YG stars coincidentally syncing up their schedules in one city. Despite not fitting the typical idol dating narrative, G-Dragon and Jennie, previously rumored to be an item by Dispatch, continue to grab headlines with these coincidences. 

In December 2023, G-Dragon left YG and moved to Galaxy Corp., while Jennie was the first BLACKPINK member to set up her own label. Both are also gearing up for solo album releases this year.
