On this day’s broadcast, Yoon Ji-sung said, “I’m the type of person who endures hardships alone. I’m not okay but I pretend to be okay, so I don’t know if it’s really okay or not.”

He confessed his inner struggle caused by malicious comments, “I enlisted after group activities. After I was discharged from the military, I participated in musicals, released albums, held concerts and worked really hard. However, when I saw comments, I felt like everything I did for a year was denied.”

He went on to say, “I was like ‘It’s okay, you can think like that. Just because I work doesn’t mean that everyone recognizes me, so I’m fine’, but I don’t think it was okay.”

As for the reason for trying to hide his difficulties, he explained, “I came to Seoul at the age of 16 and I’ve been living alone for over 15 years. I didn’t want to show my parents how hard it was. I wanted to show them how well I live.”

Yang Se-hyung sympathized with Yoon Ji-sung’s concerns, “I sympathize so much. After my father passed away, I felt the weight of the eldest son when my mother, me and Yang Se-chan were left. I thought, ‘I shouldn’t cry and I can’t get tired.’ The burnout came, my mind exploded and I cried a lot.”

Hearing this, Dr. Oh Eun-young advised, “You two were worn out. When you feel less comfortable and not as stable as you used to be, there’s something troublesome in your heart. There are many people who think that some people shouldn’t have a hard time. They don’t want to be seen by others. If you say it’s okay, you are denying your feelings. You have to admit that it’s hard in order to move on to the next stage of mental work.”
