Former I.O.I’s Lim Nayoung Rumored to be Dating Actor 9 Years Older, Even Going on a Secret Overseas Trip

Ex-I.O.I and Pristin’s member Lim Nayoung is rumored to be dating a senior actor who is 9 years older than her. 

Lim Nayoung (27) and actor Choi Woong (36) are in a romantic relationship, according to SBS Entertainment News on June 29th.

The two reportedly traveled overseas together in March for the ‘2023 Adelaide Fringe Korea Season’ held in Australia. It has been revealed that they enjoyed a lovely couple’s trip abroad.

Lim Nayoung and Choi Woong first met during the play ‘Hello, Hell: Othello.’ It seems that the two formed a genuine connection after meeting through this work.

However, Choi Woong’s agency quickly responded to the news by stating, “The dating rumors between Lim Nayoung and Choi Woong are not true. They are simply close after appearing in the same play.“

Lim Nayoung made her debut as a member of I.O.I through Mnet’s ‘Produce 101’ in 2016. After the disbandment of I.O.I, she continued her activities as a member of Pristin under Pledis Entertainment. Currently, she is active as an actress. Choi Woong has appeared in various dramas such as “No Matter What,” “100 Days My Prince,” “Money Game.”

Meanwhile, Lim Nayoung’s exclusive contract with Sublime, which also houses Song Kang Ho and Go So Young, expired in May. She is currently without an agency.
