The incident prevented TWICE from reaching perfection with their performance.
On March 2nd, TWICE arrived in the US to attend the “Billboard Women In Music” awards where the girl group received the “Breakthrough Award” and performed their first stage of the pre-released English single “Moonlight Sunrise” released in January this year.
With years of experience, TWICE showed great command of the stage and delivered a performance of soothing singing voice and elegant dance moves. However, during the stage, Jihyo’s mic experienced some issues and the TWICE leader had to increase the volume so that the audience could hear her voice. Nonetheless, TWICE was able to finish a performance and brought home a lovely award to add to their collection.
TWICE is preparing for a comeback with their 12th mini-album “Ready to Be” along with the title track “Set Me Free” on March 10th.
