FIFTY FIFTY’s Investor Got Arrested? Fans Worry Over the Group’s Fate

A well-known investor for FIFTY FIFTY’s agency recently got arrested right ahead of the group’s return, causing worries.

Recently, 37-year-old Singaporean businessman and CEO of Evergreen Group Holdings, David Yong, was arrested and charged with falsifying tax documents.

The investor, who previously gained attention through Netflix’s “Super Rich in Korea”, is also known for being a core investor in ATTRAKT – the agency of FIFTY FIFTY.

As a result, as Yong was arrested, many fans started to fear for the future of ATTRAKT and FIFTY FIFTY alike, especially as the girl group is going to return as “FIFTY FIFTY 2.0” with 4 new members in the near future.

On the other hand, some pointed out that Yong has been shady from the start, and criticized ATTRAKT for being reckless when it comes to their business partners.

Supporters of the former FIFTY FIFTY members even started to say that ATTRAKT is facing “karma” for mistreating the former members.
