This achievement is attributed to the “Cupid” sped-up version on TikTok, sparking thousands of dance challenges and captivating the hearts of TikTokers and listeners worldwide.
Fueled by this trend, “Cupid” achieved remarkable success, reaching a peak position of 17th on the US Billboard Hot 100 and maintaining a chart presence for 25 consecutive weeks, setting the record for the longest entry by a K-pop girl group. Moreover, it achieved the highest position of 8th on the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100, marking a K-pop girl group’s longest entry record with 22 weeks.
