On July 15th, MK Star Today reported that the wrap party of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” team would be held privately at a restaurant in Seoul. The filming of the drama was revealed to have been completed yesterday (July 14th).
According to the media’s report, although “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” is gaining syndrome-like popularity, its production team has decided to hold their wrap party privately and on a small scale in consideration of the recent re-spreading of the Covid-19. This news drew great disappointment from fans and the viewers who are showing huge support for “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”.
“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” team said through MK Star Today, “Due to the spread of Covid-19, we decided to reduce the planned scale of the wrap party and hold it privately”. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, production crews of famous dramas held big wrap parties after finishing their filmings and even showed some of the scenes at the parties to reporters and fans.
“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” is so well-loved by fans all over the country. Following the upward trend in the 4th episode last week, the nationwide rating of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” nearly doubled within a week after episodes 5 and 6 were released and it is on the verge of surpassing 10%. The drama recorded 10.3% and 10.4% in Seoul area for the 5th and 6th episodes, respectively.
ENA’s “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” depicts the survival of Woo Young-woo (Park Eun-bin), a rookie lawyer who has a genius brain and autism spectrum disorder, at a large law firm.
