EXO’s Baekhyun’s Label Acquired by MC Mong, Criticized for Lying about Feud with SM?

INB100, the label founded by EXO’s Baekhyun, has been acquired, driving attention to Baekhyun’s past feud with SM.

On May 16, it was reported that EXO’s Baekhyun’s self-established agency, INB100, has been acquired by music production company ONE HUNDRED.

Meanwhile, ONE HUNDRED, co-founded by MC Mong, is the parent company of entertainment agency Big Planet Made, currently home to fellow former SM artist SHINee’s Taemin.

This news has sparked a lot of suspicions directed at Baekhyun’s side. In particular, when Baekhyun, along with EXO’s Xiumin and Chen, accused SM of “slave contract”, there were rumors about Big Planet Made recruiting the three EXO members and prompting them to sue SM.

However, Big Planet Made denied such accusations and insisted that its founder, MC Mong, only met with the members for a personal gathering.

As a result, now that Big Planet Made’s parent company has acquired the label founded by Baekhyun, these claims are being re-evaluated with some netizens accusing Baekhyun of lying.

Below are some comments from netizens:

  • Did they deny their relations during the feud with SM? The truth has finally come out
  • Wow so Baekhyun was lying all along.. Where’s the shame
  • As expected, so Baekhyun did betrayed SM
  • The three of them was claiming that their contract with SM were illegal, and yet they were the ones that stabbed SM in the back
  • Seriously, what is this…
