EXO is resume official activities after 4 years and 4 months, drawing keen attention

Boy group EXO will begin full-fledged activities with the group’s complete lineup starting with a fan meeting. 

After Baekhyun gets discharged from his military service, EXO is finally completed, and the group will begin full-fledged activities, starting with fan meetings held both in Korea and abroad in April. EXO also set a big goal to comeback as a full group in 2023, and is determined to carry out various activities.

First, on April 8th and 9th, EXO will hold a fan meeting to commemorate the 11th anniversary of their debut at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium (KSPO DOME) in Songpa-gu, Seoul. At this fanmeeting, which is called “2023 EXO Fan Meeting ‘EXO Clock’”, the boy group will communicate with fans and present various stages and topics that have never been shown before. In addition, the performance on the 9th will be simultaneously broadcast live online through the global streaming platform Beyond Live. 

Fans around the world are paying keen attention to EXO’s activities as a complete group, which will finally resume after 4 years and 4 months since the group’s promotion of their 5th studio album repackage “Love Shot”. (A special album, “Don’t Fight The Feeling”, with all members, was released later on in 2021, but there were no full-member promotional activities).

After greeting domestic fans, EXO will go to Japan on April 15th and 16th and hold fan meetings with the same title at Veruna Dome in Saitama. It is EXO’s first fan meeting in Japan after  5 years.

After “warming up” at the fan meeting, the boy group will continue their activities by releasing albums. EXO plans to carry out not only group activities this year, but also solo activities for each member at the same time. As all the members have distinguished themselves in various fields such as singing, acting, and hosting with their different charms and personalities, it seems that they will continue solo activities alongside group projects.

Accordingly, Kai will release his third solo mini-album “Rover” on March 13th. In the album released on this day through various online music sites, Kai will tell the story of a wanderer who lives freely without restraint.

Meanwhile, D.O, who has solidly established himself as an actor with excellent acting skills, will appear in his first fixed entertainment program, SBS’ “No Math School Trip” on March 9th. 

On the other hand, Suho met with fans through the TVING music documentary “K-Pop Generation” back in February.
