EXO fans send a protest truck to SM Building, “We always stand with EXO”

Fans of boy group EXO have taken a firm stance to support EXO amid Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin’s lawsuit against SM.

On June 3rd, photos taken in front of the building of SM Entertainment started to spread on social media platforms, gaining massive attention.

In particular, fans of EXO have sent a protest truck to the front of the building, after EXO members Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin spoke up about their “slave contracts” with SM Entertainment.

On the aforementioned truck is a huge LED screen, which constantly flashes 4 phrases, including “We always stand with EXO”, EXO’s slogan “We are one”, “Please love EXO”, and the Chinese phrase “Wo ai ni”, which means “I love you”.

At the same time, on SNS platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, fans have trended related hashtags and spammed red banners with the message “We stand united for EXO” and tagged SM Entertainment’s official account.

On the other hand, on June 1st, the legal representative of Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin released a full statement, accusing SM Entertainment of enforcing “slave contracts”, unfair payments, and coercion regarding contract extensions.
