On this day, Jeon Soyeon continued the interview while getting makeup from beauty creator LeoJ.

When asked “Did you hear that you’re one of the best in Cube during your trainee days?“, Jeon Soyeon recalled, “No. When I was a trainee, people around me never told me that I was good. They only said ‘You’re not good enough’, ‘You have to do more’. When I think about my trainee days, it’s totally harsh.

LeoJ mentioned, “I saw you on ‘Fantasy Boys’. You were harsh as well.

Then Jeon Soyeon surprised LeoJ with her straightforward remark.

She confessed, “I actually want to say more to them. Sometimes I think, ‘Do I really have to sit here and listen to this?’ I’m being so nice.

She lamented, “I’m not a kkondae (old man), but they should have experienced the 2010s. Kids these days really say ten words when I say one word.”

Jeon Soyeon drew attention with her straightforward, sarcastic comments to “Fantasy Boys” trainees, such as “The stage level was like a talent show” and “It was a mess.”

Before her debut, Jeon Soyeon showed her skills by appearing on survival programs such as “Produce 101” and “Unpretty Rapstar”.

On May 2nd, 2018, she debuted with girl group (G)I-DLE and reached the top of popularity. (G)I-DLE is a multinational group consisting of Korean, Thai, Chinese and Taiwanese members.
