Detective Who Drew Composite Sketch of the Late Goo Hara’s Safe Thief Appears on “You Quiz”: “Found Features After 2 Days”
"You Quiz on the Block" will cover the late Goo Hara's safe theft case
On July 14th, tvN’s variety show “You Quiz on the Block” (hereinafter “You Quiz”) posted a preview video on its official YouTube channel titled “The Story of the Detective Who Drew the Sketch of the Late Goo Hara‘s Safe Theft Suspect”.
In the upcoming episode airing on July 17th, forensic sketch artist-detective Jung Chang-gil will appear. He recently made headlines for drawing the composite sketch of the suspect involved in the late Goo Hara’s safe theft case.
Detective Jung recalled, “The suspect was wearing a mask and a beanie, so I spent about two days watching CCTV footage to identify any distinguishing features.”
He described the suspect as “around 175cm tall, with joint movements indicating an age in the late 20s to early 30s” and revealed additional features of the suspect.
Detective Jung has created over 400 composite sketches for cases such as the Yeongju taxi driver murder case and the Seoul Banghwa-dong contract murder case. He shared a memorable incident “A woman came to me without any prior notice, pleading, ‘Save me’, ‘Help me catch them’” and he became tearful, sparking curiosity about the story.
