Cube has issued a response after PENTAGON’s Wooseok was spotted outside a bar.
On August 18, some netizens on Twitter created a stir by posting photos and revealed that they saw four fromis_9 members hanging out with PENTAGON’s Wooseok outside a bar in Hongdae. Someone even said they caught Wooseok smoking an e-cigarette.
Later that night, on the fan community Weverse, fromis_9 shared a photo of the sticker photos they took during their hangout, in which they were wearing the exact same outfits as in the photos posted by netizens. This has indirectly confirmed that fromis_9 indeed went to Hongdae. Based on the members’ faces in the sticker photos, netizens claimed that they looked like they had been drinking.
Regarding the rumor of Wooseok being seen with fromis_9, CUBE Entertainment said, “It is false information. Wooseok was not present at that time and place, nor has any contact with fromis_9. They also never met on other days. The back of the girl (in Wooseok’s photo) was mistaken for a member of fromis_9″.
