Court Dismisses FIFTY FIFTY’s Appeal Of Contract Suspension Injunction

FIFTY FIFTY appealed to the court regarding the contract lawsuit but did not explain the reason

On October 24th, the Seoul High Court’s Civil Affairs Division 25-2 rejected the appeal filed by three FIFTY FIFTY members against the first trial’s decision to turn down their injunction for the suspension of exclusive contracts.

According to the court, they came up with the decision because FIFTY FIFTY did not submit an explanatory statement of their appeal so there was no reason to change the judgment in the first trial.

FIFTY FIFTY

FIFTY FIFTY applied for an injunction to suspend their exclusive contract on June 19th this year, claiming that Attrakt did not fulfill their obligations, such as providing data on profit settlements and taking care of the members’ physical and mental health. However, the first trial court in August rejected the members’ application and ruled in favor of Attrakt.

Later on August 31st, all FIFTY FIFTY members, including Keena, Saena, Sio and Aran, appealed to the court, but their appeal was also dismissed this time.

However, member Keena withdrew her appeal on the 16th and expressed her intention to return to Attrakt. The remaining three members did not submit any statement to support their appeal either.
