Girl group cignature's agency stated that there is no issue regarding the sexual harassment remark controversy involving "No Back Tak Jae-hoon"
On June 21st, cignature’s agency C9 Entertainment announced, “We would like to address the appearance of our artist Jeewon on ‘No Back Tak Jae-hoon’ as a new MC. We had a serious conversation with Jeewon for an extended period on the day the Tanaka & Ogura Yuna episode aired regarding the controversy that arose.“
The agency explained, “Jeewon did her best during the filming according to the show’s concept and had no emotional issues. During the filming, Tak Jae-hoon and Shin Kyu-jin actively discussed the possibility of issues arising from the content. Additionally, the production team shared the edited version in advance, but Jeewon had no objections to the broadcast version to fulfill her role faithfully on the No Back channel.“
They added, “We will continue to communicate fully with the No Back production team and look forward to our artist Jeewon confidently fulfilling her role as a member of ‘No Back Tak Jae-hoon’.“
On the June 19th episode of “No Back”, Japanese AV actress Ogura Yuna appeared. She told Jeewon “You seem very popular. With a good body, you should debut. You will become a top actress“, which sparked a sexual harassment controversy. Subsequently, the production team edited out the problematic scenes.
