Choi Min-sik Shows His Passion For Acting, “It Ends Only When You Die, I Want To Keep Learning”
Actor Choi Min-sik talked about how he was inspired by senior actors and his desire to continue acting
Choi Min-sik appeared on tvN’s “You Quiz in the Block” broadcast on February 14th and revealed his sincere heart towards acting.
MC Yoo Jae-suk asked about Choi Min-sik’s recent concerns and added, “What have you changed the most between now and when you were in your 20s?”.
In response, Choi Min-sik said, “I think there’s no difference. I’m very thankful that I’ve been doing what I want to do until now”, adding “When I’m at the shooting site, everyone works diligently like ants, each of them in their own position. I’m very touched. Every time I see that scene, I feel alive and grateful”.
In particular, Choi Min-sik said, “Dream? Like seniors Shin Goo and Lee Soon-jae, who have done this job until the end of their lives. Or Na Moon-hee and Kim Young-ok. They really taught me big things. Age is just a number. They are still acting and that inspires their juniors. I want to do that, too”.
He confessed, “Our career only ends when we die. It’s about learning about people, observing the world, and learning more about people. There’s no answer to life. Every time the world changes, mindsets and values change”, adding “You have to keep learning. I always have many questions, and as I get older, I have more and more questions. There are many works I want to do and challenge”, showing off his passion for acting.
