Choi Ji Woo, “Tips for self-management from a 48-year-old mom with a daughter? I do this for 50 times continuously”

Actress Choi Ji Woo revealed several T.M.I, including her own self-management tips.

On December 2nd, actress Choi Ji Woo appeared in a new video on YG STAGE’s Youtube channel and spent time sharing various talks.

When asked, “Is there one regular exercise to take care of yourself?”, Choi Ji Woo said, “I move my face muscles for exercises. There’s one face for rawr. Like doing a rawr, give and release the pressure to this side of the cheek. Do it continuously 50 times. Then you’ll get some muscles here.”

Regarding her new movie “New Normal”, the actress explained, “Maybe you can see a side of me that you’ve never seen before. It was a very short time, but wouldn’t it be nice to see a new and creepy look?”.

Receiving the question asking, “What is the work you’re recently into?”, Choi Ji Woo said, “Recently, for movies, I saw Tom Cruise’s ‘Top Gun’. I watch ‘Top Gun 1’ again and went further, then run straight to ‘Mission Impossible’ again”, adding “Then I watched ‘Crime City’, and ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’. I also saw ‘Street Man Fighter’”.

Answering the question “What’s the first song when you log in to music streaming service?”, Choi Ji Woo said, “I don’t think people know. They won’t know ‘Brown Bear’”, then started singing and dancing to the song. The actress added, “There are 10 more animals. Rather than my own, I just listened to a lot of baby-oriented music. I recently listened to SWJA’s ‘Beyond My Dreams’ and really liked it.”

Meanwhile, Choi Ji Woo married a non-celebrity, who is 9 years younger than her, in 2018 and gave birth to a daughter the following year. She recently opened a personal SNS account and released various updates to communicate with fans.
