On January 27th, many netizens have revealed they spotted Cha Eun-woo in Los Angeles, the U.S. on various social media sites.
A netizen said, “I happened to see Cha Eun-woo in Los Angeles,” adding, “It’s weird to ask for a photo so I only took a picture of his back, but it’s Cha Eun-woo.”
The netizen attached a photo supporting his claim. It shows a man believed to be Cha Eun-woo and an American woman sitting in a cafe talking and enjoying a date. The scenery outside the window as well as the overall atmosphere made it look like a pictorial. This photo led to speculations of Cha Eun-woo’s being in a romantic relationship, but others believed it was for Cha Eun-woo’s new project.
The woman sitting with Cha Eun-woo is believed to be American actress India Eisley. In fact, a famous American hairstylist has posted her makeup for India Eisley, indicating that it was for Cha Eun-woo’s music video. The post has however been deleted.
Cha Eun-woo is currently preparing for his solo debut, which is scheduled for the first half of this year. K-pop fans are expressing their expectations for his first solo album music video, hopefully featuring India Eisley, who is also well-known in the United States.
Earlier on the 9th, Cha Eun-woo’s agency Fantagio announced, “Cha Eun-woo is preparing for his first solo album with the goal of releasing it in the first half of 2024.”
