Famous idol-actor Cha Eun Woo is starring in the upcoming drama adaptation “Today’s Lovely Dog”
On September 5th, the official SNS of new drama “Today’s Lovely Dog” (written by Baek In-ah, directed by Kim Dae-woong) announced that Cha Eun Woo has been cast as the lead actor.
“Today’s Lovely Dog” is a fantasy romance drama, which tells the story of a woman who is cursed to turn into a dog when kissed, and a man who is afraid of dogs, and yet is the only cheat key that can break the curse.
It is based on a popular webtoon of the same name, which has received a lot of love for its novel concept and gripping story with various twists and turns.
In this upcoming drama, Cha Eun Woo will take on the role of Jin Seo Won, a character with a sad trauma behind his warm appearance and cool charisma. He will undergo numerous changes due to an unexpected meeting.
After “My ID is Gangnam Beauty”, this will be Cha Eun Woo’s second time working together with production company Group8.
“Today’s Lovely Dog” is set to be filmed for the first time next month.
