Cai Xukun’s side knows teleportation? Fishy details in police report

The police report published by Cai Xukun in response to paparazzi’s false rumors are being analyzed by netizens.

On July 3rd, Cai Xukun published an image of a police report, as if to prove that he will be taking legal action against paparazzi who spread fake images and rumors about him.

However, as netizens analyzed the report’s format and contents, a lot of suspicious details were detected.

In particular, paparazzi started to spread the rumors at 12:42, yet Cai Xukun’s side already submitted the report at 13:00. According to his Weibo’s IP, the male singer is in Guangdong, yet the police station listed in the report is in Shanghai.

It is known that in China, in order for a lawyer to submit a report on behalf of Cai Xukun, a hand-written authorization form from Cai Xukun himself is required. This would mean that the lawyer would need to be in Guangdong for Cai Xukun’s handwritten form and go to Shanghai to submit a report – an impossible feat in the aforementioned time frame, unless they know teleportation.

In addition, the working hours of the Shanghai police are from 8:30 to 11:00 in the morning and 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon. However, the hour of submission on Cai Xukun’s side is 13:00, which is outside of the working hour.

According to other lawyers and netizens, there are 3 possibilities of things that may have happened.

One, Cai Xukun’s Weibo post may not have been published by himself, hence the IP is Guangdong.

Two, the lawyer used a hand-written form not written by Cai Xukun himself – which is not in compliance with the law.

Or three, Cai Xukun’s side already knows of the content that would be revealed by the paparazzi.

On top of all these, it is pointed out that in the report revealed by Cai Xukun, the most important sentence was blurred out. In particular, the sentence stated, “After confirmation, the case will be handled by the people’s court”, and without this sentence, the report will be null and never come into effect.

Furthermore, the lawyer office for Cai Xukun previously stated that they called the police station to file the report at 13:00 on July 3rd. However, the published report stated that the lawyer came to the station at 13:00 in person on the same day, which is conflicting with previous claims.

With all these “fishy details”, many netizens conclude that Cai Xukun’s “police report” is only bluff, and the male singer has no intent to take legal action against paparazzi.

Some even started to suspect the male singer of having worked with paparazzi to make up false rumors and deny it in order to drive attention away from the real rumors.
