“Business Proposal” Actress Boasts Grand Wedding: A-list Actor Paid for Everything
An actress who starred in “Business Proposal” recently disclosed that an A-list actor paid for her grand wedding.
On the evening of January 22, News1 reported that actress Hwang Bo-ra, who starred in the hit K-drama “Business Proposal”, appeared on the program “Lovers In Joseon”.
Here, the actress discussed her grand wedding, saying, “There were more than 1000 guests, so we had to reserve floors 1 and 2 of the venue.”
Not only that, Hwang Bo-ra revealed that A-list actor Ha Jung-woo (the brother-in-law of the actress) covered all the wedding expenses.
“Ha Jung-woo paid for all the wedding expenses. Just before the wedding day, Ha Jung-woo kept asking what he could do for us. My husband replied that he didn’t need to do anything. But Ha Jung-woo still decided to pay for all the expenses of the wedding”, the actress said.
In fact, in September last year, Ha Jung-woo also became the center of attention after giving gold to his sister-in-law, Hwang Bo-ra, on the Chuseok holiday.
Back in November 2022, Hwang Bo-ra and actor slash CEO Cha Hyun-woo got married. In the grand wedding, comedian Kim Jun-ho took on the role of the master of ceremonies, and singer Harim sang a congratulatory song for the bride and groom. According to Korean media, Ha Jung-woo warmly welcomed the guests on his younger brother’s big day.
Hwang Bo-ra and Cha Hyun-woo officially started dating in 2012. On their personal pages, they often share photos from romantic outings.
Hwang Bo-ra, who officially entered the South Korean entertainment industry at the age of 20, became familiar to Asian audiences with roles in popular series such as “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim”, “Business Proposal”, “Fight For My Way”, and “Vagabond”, among various others.
Meanwhile, Hwang Bo-ra’s husband, Cha Hyun-woo, is also known by his real name of Kim Young-hoon. Cha Hyun-woo used to work as an actor and film producer before becoming the CEO of an entertainment company in South Korea. In his acting career, he appeared in some film and television works such as “The Great Seer” and “The Neighbors.”
