As rumors of BTS V being in Mexico for a TV program spread, the production team of “Seo Jin” maintained their silence.
On the afternoon of December 6th, a tvN official told media outlet OSEN, “We are checking the facts with the production team, who are filming overseas regarding whether or not BTS member V will appear in tvN’s new entertainment program ‘Seo Jin’. We ask for your understanding.”
Previously on the same day, a news site reported that V would appear in “Seo Jin”. Earlier on December 2nd, a witness of Park Seo Joon and V together in Mexico was released on SNS, leading to netizens also speculating that V will be joining the show as a cast member.
However, the exact filming location of “Seo Jin” remains unknown. In this regard, tvN said, “We cannot disclose the location in advance in order to ensure safe and smooth filming.”
Regarding aforementioned rumors, Internet users on the online community theqoo left comments such as, “People keep guessing whether the witness is true or not. It turns out to be true”, “I knew it”, “Wow, amazing!”, “He’s filming a show with his close seniors”, “As expected, he will appear on the show”, etc.
“Seo Jin” is a new entertainment program directed by PD Na Young Seok, who is famous for creating popular TV shows such as “Earth Arcade”, “The Game Caterers”, and “New Journey to The West”. “Seo Jin”, which is a spin-off program of “Youn’s Kitchen”, will be featuring actors Yoon Yeo Jung, Lee Seo Jin, Jung Yu Mi, and Park Seo Joon, and is scheduled to air in the first half of next year.
