Jungkook has once again been the target of a privacy breach, as a Japanese woman in her 50s was arrested for attempting to trespass at his residence in Seoul.
According to the Yongsan Police Department, the woman, identified as A, was booked on December 16 for attempted trespassing and is also under investigation for potential violations of South Korea’s anti-stalking law.

The suspect reportedly pressed the lock on Jungkook’s front door multiple times over the span of three days—between November 12 and 14. Although she has not been questioned yet due to her overseas location, legal proceedings have been initiated.
This is the third reported intrusion incident at Jungkook’s home this year. In August, a Korean woman in her 40s illegally entered the parking lot of his residence. That case is currently being investigated by prosecutors. Back in March, a Chinese woman in her 30s was caught attempting to break into his home and later received a suspension of indictment for attempted trespass.

These repeated invasions have raised concerns about the safety and privacy of K-pop idols, particularly those as globally recognized as Jungkook. Fans have taken to social media urging better security measures and stricter enforcement of stalking laws.
Meanwhile, BTS is preparing for a full-group comeback expected in spring 2026, generating significant anticipation among global fans.
