According to reports from the music industry on March 14, BTS plans to rehearse in a different location before their comeback performance scheduled for 8 p.m. on March 21 at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. Typically, rehearsals are conducted at the same venue where the concert will take place. However, because this event will be held on an outdoor stage in the middle of the city, organizers reportedly decided to secure a separate rehearsal site to address safety and security concerns. The move is also believed to help prevent the setlist and performance details including new songs from leaking ahead of the show.
Authorities are also accelerating preparations for the large-scale event. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency is currently carrying out final safety inspections as the concert approaches. Police plan to implement a “stadium-style crowd management system” to strengthen on-site operations.

On the day of the concert, a monitoring team will track crowd density in real time. In addition, staff from the event organizers, the Seoul city government, and other related agencies will be stationed at 31 entry gates to coordinate and determine when crowd control measures should be activated.
Security measures to prepare for potential threats are also being reinforced. Police intend to place barricades and police buses along major roads and nearby streets to prevent incidents such as vehicle ramming attacks. Walk-through metal detectors will also be installed at spectator entrances to block the entry of dangerous items.

A police official advised attendees to bring as few personal belongings as possible, noting that the strengthened security screening could increase the time required to enter the venue. The police special forces unit will also be deployed to conduct thorough safety inspections throughout the entire event area.
