The huge amount of profit that global idol group BTS made from their concert in Las Vegas, the U.S has been disclosed.
On April 28th, Touring Data, a site that records global concert revenue, revealed that BTS’s Las Vegas concert revenue was 35,944,850 USD (about 45.47 billion won).
BTS held their concert at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for a total of four days, on the 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th of April. The boy group earned such an unbelievably big profit in just 4 days.
Touring Data said the figure was the second-highest in the United States, only behind Bruce Springsteen’s 10 performances in 2003.
BTS was also estimated to have made enormous profits from domestic concerts held on March 10, 12, and 13. At that time, it was surprising that the group earned about 126.7 billion won when calculating the price of tickets for concerts in Korea, live viewing of movie theaters, online concerts, and MD sales. When BTS‘ concert revenues that sounded like ‘billion’ were revealed, fans cheered on how great and cool it was.
Meanwhile, BTS will make a comeback on June 10.
