On January 5, a video titled “My stalker appeared on my talk show [Hyells Club] EP1: BLACKPINK Jisoo” was published on the official YouTube channel of Hyeri.
In the video, Hyeri, who appeared as the host, humorously commented on Jisoo, saying, “Why do you look so pretty today?”, before revealing that she and Jisoo go to the same salon and adding, “Jisoo and I go to the same places including salon, Pilates class, dermatology clinic, aesthetic shop, scalp care clinic…”
Hearing this, Jisoo responded with laughter, saying that she is a Hyeri stalker and explaining, “She tries everything. And she chooses the best things among them. Then I follow her recommendations.”
As a result, the two female stars would share everything and even meet each other every day.
Hyeri even recalled a hilarious incident, sharing how she and Jisoo planned to meet on a particular day and were extremely excited, only for the excitement to be spoiled since they met the day before at the same scalp care clinic.
Later on, the two revealed the story of how they became close friends. In particular, Jisoo mentioned that they met on the TV program “Amazing Saturday” before BLACKPINK released “DDU-DU DDU-DU”.
“We both wore something red. So, including Rose, we got close. When I first saw her, although we’re the same age, she felt like such a senior to me… She gave me a lot of advice on how to be in the entertainment field!”, Jisoo also said.
Regarding their current status, Jisoo shared, “After the tour ended, I’ve been catching up on backlog and doing script readings for a new movie”, adding, “Unexpectedly now…I do drink a bit at company dinners now”.
Hearing this, Hyeri was shocked, and asked if Jisoo is no longer a lightweight, to which the later responded, “I’m learning my alcohol tolerance these days, figuring out how much I can handle before it becomes too much”.
Jisoo then asked why Hyeri ended up doing the bar content for her YouTube channel, to which Hyeri replied, laughing, “YouTube made me like this”.
Finally, Hyeri exposed that Jisoo “copied” her car, to which the later admitted, “The first time I rode in Hyeri’s car, I thought ‘This is such a nice car to drive!’ and ‘It looks so easy to drive, I want to drive something like this when I buy a car’ and then I ended up buying without realizing.”
