BLACKPINK Jisoo, “I’ve been a fan of ‘Yumi’s Cells’ since it was a webtoon… I enjoyed watching it until Season 2”
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo confessed that she was a fan of ‘Yumi’s Cells’.
The magazine Marie Claire Korea recently posted on its official YouTube channel a video titled “There is a TMI that BLINK doesn’t know yet? Quickterview with JISOO”.
In the video, Jisoo shared a lot about herself, saying, “I recently started doing Pilates, and I’m working really hard. I’m addicted to it, so I’m doing it three to four times a week.” She also expressed her desire to go to Hawaii, revealing her favorite foods, her daily routine, and more.
Notably, she shows herself as a fan of ‘Yumi’s Cells‘. The BLACKPINK member said: “I was a fan of the original webtoon, so I have been looking forward to it ever since news of an adaptation came out. I really enjoyed watching season 2.”
Meanwhile, ‘Yumi’s Cells’ is a 2021 South Korean television series directed by Lee Sang-yeob and starring Kim Go-eun, Ahn Bo-hyun, Jinyoung, Lee Yu-bi and Park Ji-hyun. Based on eponymous webtoon, it is a cell-based psychological romance that unravels the daily life of an ordinary office worker Yumi through the eyes of the cells in her head. Following the success of season 1, the 2nd season of ‘Yumi’s Cells’ was also released.
