Attention is being drawn to BLACKPINK Jisoo, who pulled off the choreography perfect on high heels.
When she first debuted, BLACKPINK Jisoo received the ire of many netizens, and was even dubbed a “talentless visual” for having “lacking singing and dancing skills” compared to her group mates. However, overtime, Jisoo has proven herself to be a true talent over time.
Recently, BLACKPINK appeared on the American show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to promote their 2nd full album “BORN PINK” as well as its title song “Shut Down”. Their stage was enough to make numerous jaws drop, but many netizens were drawn to one particular detail – Jisoo’s extremely high pair of heels. In particular, the choreography of “Shut Down” is difficult enough for normal shoes, and yet Jisoo pulled it off perfectly on heels, earning plenty of praise.
To make things even more impressive, this is far from the first time Jisoo adorned heels on stage, as she has previously blown people away with her excellent dancing skills – all on high heels – in performances of “DDU-DU DDU-DU”, “How You Like That”, and “Lovesick Girls”. Even in BLACKPINK’s iconic performance at the world’s largest music festival Coachella, Jisoo delivered a perfect stage while on platform boots.
On top of this, Jisoo also flaunted outstanding body movements in all of BLACKPINK’s choreography. She managed to exude extreme sexiness and flexibility while doing the body-roll.
Jisoo’s vocal abilities have shown remarkable improvements in “BORN PINK”. In particular, via the song “The Happiest Girl”, her clear and stable voice stood out even while doing a high note.
Now doing excellent in all sorts of fields, from music, acting, fashion, hosting, to advertising, BLACKPINK Jisoo has successfully shaken off initial criticisms and proves herself as a competent artist.
