BLACKPINK dropped tracklist for 2nd full album “Born Pink”, Jisoo and Rosé took part in writing

The track list for BLACKPINK’s 2nd full album “Born Pink” has been released 

According to YG Entertainment on September 8th, BLACKPINK’s 2nd full album “Born Pink” consists of a total of 8 tracks. Starting with the pre-release single “Pink Venom” and the title song “Shut Down”, the rest of the songs are “Typa Girl”, “Yeah Yeah Yeah”, “Hard to Love”, “The Happiest Girl”, “Tally”, and BLACKPINK’s collaborative track with PUBG mobile, “Ready For Love”.

The tracklist also revealed the name of producers who participated in the album. Accordingly, YG’s representation producer TEDDY, as well as others like 24, Danny Chung, Bekuh BOOM, and R.Tee, are named. 

There are also talented singer-songwriters who are drawing attention in the global music market. Freddy Wexler, who participated in the composition of Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s “Stuck with U”, as well as Teddy Sinclair and Nat Dunn, who contributed to the masterpieces of pop stars such as Rihanna and Anne-Marie, joined hands to enhance the album’s perfection.

In addition, Jisoo and Rosé took part in the writing of b-side song “Yeah Yeah Yeah”, adding meaning. 

Regarding this album, YG said, “A variety of music colors that represents the team’s unique identity as BLACKPINK can be found throughout the whole album. We have worked hard and put a lot of care into the 8 songs. Please look forward to them.”

In addition, the strong visuals of the four members, which was shown through the tracklist poster, has raised curiosity about the concept of the new song. Their complete visuals and unrivaled aura, with charismatic poses among sharp silver sculptures, overwhelm the viewer’s eyes and foreshadow BLACKPINK’s splendid return.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s 2nd regular album “BORN PINK” will be released on September 16th at 1PM (Korean time).
