BIGBANG member Taeyang and actress Min Hyo-rin recently gave birth to a baby boy.
According to a report on December 6th, Min Hyo-rin, Taeyang’s wife, recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy. As a result, Taeyang is the first member to become a father in BIGBANG.
The news that Taeyang and Min Hyo-rin will become parents was reported on September 27. After that, Plum A&C, Min Hyo-rin‘s agency, said, “Min Hyo-rin is about to give birth. We are waiting for the child with joy. It is difficult to confirm the specific timing of the childbirth because Min Hyo-rin wants it to be unpublished.”
Taeyang and Min Hyo-rin got to know each other after filming a music video together in 2014, developed their feelings and got married in February 2018. Currently, the two live in a luxury villa in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
Announcing his marriage, Taeyang said, “I promised to be together with Min Hyo-rin, who has always been by my side for this 4 years, for the rest of my life”, adding, “I will live my life as a more responsible and humble person in the future.”
Meanwhile, Min Hyo-rin made her debut as a clothing brand model in 2006 and received huge love for her roles in various films, such as “Sunny”, “Gone with the Wind”, and “Twenty”.
In 2006, Taeyang debuted as a member of the boy group Big Bang, which has just celebrated their 15th debut anniversary this year. Except for Seungri, Big Bang members (G-Dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P and Daesung) renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment last year.
