BTS members RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook will be enlisting in the army
On December 5th, the agency Big Hit Music announced, “RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook will fulfill their required time with the military by enlisting in the army. RM and V will be enlisting according to their respective procedures, while Jimin and Jungkook are scheduled to enlist together. Please note that there will be no official event on the day of their entry.“
They added, “The entrance ceremony is a time to be observed by military personnel and their families only. To prevent any issues that might occur from crowding, fans are advised to refrain from visiting the site. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts only.“
RM & V, Jimin & Jungkook will start their military service on December 11th and 12th, respectively. V applied to the Special Duty Team of the Army Capital Defense Command. Jimin and Jungkook will enter the 5th Infantry Division’s recruit training center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do, where Jin is currently serving as an assistant instructor.
With this, all BTS members will have entered the military. Jin started his service in December last year, followed by J-Hope last April and Suga last September. They are preparing for a full-group comeback in 2025.
