BIBI’s appearance in “Sweet Home 2” officially canceled due to scheduling issues 

Famous singer BIBI has left the cast of Netflix original series “Sweet Home season 2”, which is directed by Lee Eung Bok and Park So Hyun.

On September 20th, Feel Ghood Music – the agency of BIBI, and Netflix said via a phone call with Dispatch that, “BIBI has inevitably canceled her appearance in ‘Sweet Home 2’ due to timing issues such as conflicts with the filming schedule.”

Previously, Netflix confirmed that BIBI will be appearing in “Sweet Home 2”, but declined to disclose the details of her role. An entertainment official then revealed that the singer suddenly left the drama after 2 weeks of filming, and another actor is reportedly assuming her role.

The K-drama “Sweet Home”, which is produced by Netflix, is adapted from a webtoon of the same name that follows several apartment dwellers who tried to survive and fight against other neighbors, who have transformed into monsters. Season 2 will take place in another setting, as the cast moved on from the apartment in the finale of the first season.

Season 2 and 3 of “Sweet Home” is being produced at the same time, and previous cast members Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young, Go Min Si, and Park Gyu Young have confirmed their appearances. In addition, Yoo Oh Seong, Oh Jung Se, Kim Mu Yeol, and Jin Young will join the new seasons as new characters.
