Bang Si-hyuk, chairman of HYBE, purchased a luxury mansion in Los Angeles (LA) through his personal real estate corporation

According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System on July 29th, Chairman Bang reported owning a company called “Bel Air Stradella, LLC” through HYBE’s large-scale enterprise group status disclosure.

Bel Air Stradella is based in the United States and operates in the real estate industry, with Chairman Bang holding a 100% stake in the company.

Previously, the American real estate media outlet Dirt reported in April last year that Chairman Bang had purchased a luxury mansion on Stradella Road in the affluent Bel Air neighborhood of LA for $26.4 million (about 36.5 billion won).

HYBE explained that Chairman Bang bought the mansion under the name of his personal real estate corporation for music production and to expand his local network.

The three-story mansion boasts over 1,020 square meters (309 pyeong) of living space, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It also features amenities such as a sauna, massage room, lounge and a separate wine room.
