On July 24, lifestyle magazine FrontA shared a cover video of former Girl’s Day member and actress Bang Minah performing “Golden,” the OST for K-Pop Demon Hunters. The clip showcases Minah’s unmistakable vocal prowess and glowing visuals—earning praise from fans and fellow artists alike.
FrontA’s post read, “Honestly, she deserves an award from K-Pop Demon Hunters for this. Everything—from hair and makeup to styling—was filled with Minah’s love for the project. (Fun fact: it was all shot on an iPhone!).”
They added, “We missed Girl’s Day stages, and made this video full of excitement and nostalgia. It was a personal project Minah felt deeply about, and we were grateful to support her. That’s why we listed ourselves as co-creators—it was a cover filled with longing and joy.”
Minah replied warmly, “Thank you, FrontA. I truly put my heart into this project. I hope people can feel that when they watch it.”
Fans flooded the comments with praise:
- “Please keep singing forever.”
- “Her vocals are still unmatched!”
- “A national treasure of a voice with her best-ever visuals!”
But that’s not the only big news in Minah’s life—she’s also getting married. On July 4, agencies SM C&C (Minah) and Haewadal Entertainment (On Joo-wan) confirmed the couple’s upcoming November wedding. The couple reportedly nurtured a private and beautiful relationship before deciding to tie the knot.

Minah’s agency stated: “They’ve grown close over time and have decided to walk life’s path together starting this November. Please send your warm blessings.”
On Joo-wan’s agency echoed the sentiment: “After a meaningful relationship, they’ll begin a new chapter as a married couple. The ceremony will be private with only close family and friends.”
Their love story traces back to 2016’s SBS weekend drama “Beautiful Gong Shim“, where they first met. Though not romantically involved then, they reunited in 2021 through the musical “The Days“, and their friendship blossomed into love.
