Angelababy has been restricted from doing activities in China since September last year after she was found to have visited Paris to watch the 19+ Crazy Horse Show starring BLACKPINK’s Lisa.
Crazy Horse Show is a famous adult entertainment show in France. After Angelababy came to watch the show, many Chinese netizens strongly criticized the actress, accusing her of promoting obscene performances, which are strictly prohibited by the Chinese Directing Business Association.
Over the past year, Angelababy’s personal account in China has been blocked and her CF videos were also taken down. She also had to drop out from “Keep Running”, the entertainment program she had appeared in for 10 years.
On July 30th, it was reported that Angelababy’s new drama “Everlasting Longing” had passed the final screening for broadcast, raising the possibility of the actress’s comeback.
