Ahn So-hee Shocked by Elementary School Graduation Photo, “So angry that day”

On January 14, a video titled “First Reveal of 16-year-old Ahn So-hee’s Diary” was uploaded on Ahn So-hee’s personal YouTube channel.

In the video, Ahn So-hee can be seen looking through her diary while in school. As soon as her elementary school graduation photo appeared, the idol-actress closed her eyes and screamed.

Then, she said, “I really was really angry that day. I just woke up, and suddenly they said I had to take a picture”, adding, “So I really didn’t want to take a picture. Sour looking So-hee”.

Later on, Ahn So-hee expressed unique sentiments while looking at her awards such as the Excellent Award at a Math Contest and the Encouragement Award at an English Speaking Contest. “Wow, there were so many. Wow, I’ve won so many awards. Where are they all?”, she exclaimed.

According to the diary, in her elementary school days, Ahn So-hee’s dream for the future was to be a celebrity, while her parents dreamed for her to become a teacher. In the following year, however, her parents’ dream changed to “Respect the child’s opinion”, catching attention.

Seeing this, Ahn So-hee laughed and said, “It seems like they thought, ‘She’s a child who won’t do as she’s told. Do whatever you want.'”

Before looking at her middle school yearbook, Ahn So-hee expressed her concern, saying, “I’m worried about middle school. I only did well in the 1st year.”

In the end, the female star’s middle school photo appeared, to which So-hee explained, “I have two middle school photos. This one and the one from Cheongdam Middle School. The one from Cheongdam Middle School turned out really well.”

It can be seen in the middle school diary that So-hee’s future career aspirations remained as “celebrity” for both herself and her parents for three consecutive years. About this, Ahn So-hee explained, “I was already a trainee at this time. Although the future was uncertain, I always thought I would become a superstar.”

Finally, Ahn So-hee commented on her report card full of ‘B’s, saying, “Why are there so many ‘B’s? I must have romanticized my memories. I thought I studied hard and did well, but I guess I didn’t.”
