Agency Sued Park Hye-soo’s School Violence Rumor Spreader For Defamation, “The Case Has Been Prosecuted”

Park Hye-soo’s agency released an official position regarding their defamation and compensation lawsuit

In an official press release on October 9th, Park Hye-soo’s agency Ghost Studio stated, “The investigative agency has sent the case to the prosecution on the grounds that the defendant significantly damaged the reputation of the plaintiff by spreading false information and charged the defendant with defamation. Further investigations are still in progress”

Apart from the criminal complaint, Park Hye-soo also filed a lawsuit to claim compensation for damages caused by false facts and continuous defamation. The agency said, “However, legal proceedings have been delayed for months because the defendant’s residence is not known.  The actress and our company will do our best to clarify the case and unveil the truth. We will continue making efforts to protect the rights and interests of the actress”.

Earlier in 2021, a netizen made a disclosure online claiming that they had been bullied by Park Hye-soo during their school days.

In response, Park Hye-soo announced her official position through her agency, emphasizing that the suspicions were groundless and she would take strong legal action.
